New to Penn State?
Access CITI through the appropriate site above. If you already have a CITI account from another institution, you will need to affiliate with Penn State.
Don’t see your training?
If your account information and previous completion report(s) are not visible when you log in with your Penn State credentials, you likely have a second CITI Program account. Please visit CITI Program’s Support Center to merge your accounts into a single account using your Penn State credentials. If you have additional questions about merging accounts, contact the Office for Research Protections.
Not from Penn State?
CITI training is available to non-Penn State individuals if they have an affiliation with our institution. Limited Accounts (formerly known as Friends of Penn State (FPS) accounts) cannot be used to access CITI training.
Non-Penn State individuals (who are affiliated with Penn State) should access the CITI Program via citiprogram.org.
- New CITI users should click “Register” to create an account, then select either “Pennsylvania State University” or “Pennsylvania State Univ – Hershey Courses.”
- Previous CITI users should log in with your current account, then click on “Affiliate with another institution” to select the appropriate PSU courses.
Online courses offered by Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program), a Division of BRANY (Biomedical Research Alliance of New York).
